What do you get when a city girl from Sydney and a country boy from the coast lock eyes across the pub at Tamworth Country Music Festival?
A match made in heaven and the beginnings of a beautiful love story!
When I turned up to capture their big day, the clouds were heavy and the crew were on the fence about whether or not to hold their ceremony on the beautiful riverbank of a family property as planned.
But not being the type of people to shy away from an adventure, Laura and Daley threw caution to the wind, made the call and their whole crew chipped in to get the ceremony sorted.
Drinks were poured, seats were wiped down, flowers were thrown, mud was dodged and everyone cheered as Laura made her grand entrance via the Anchor’s Wharf barge.
The ceremony was led by Daley’s gorgeous mum Celia, who followed her dream to become a celebrant and made her first wedding a very special one.
Afterwards, we went hell for leather to get the photos out of the way so the crew could get back to the party — and what a party it was!
